For small and medium box braids, we recommend between 6 to 8 packages. Large box braids may need up to 10-12 packages.

Soohi Hair Extensions allows you to work many different styles.  

Here are some of the styles you can try: 

Curly, quick, easy, crochet, and twists.  You can also do single plaits, faux locs, box braids, fulani braids, halo braids, passion twists, and braided high pony.  

No, our hair is made of a hypoallergenic synthetic fiber.  It is soft to the touch and easy to handle.  It is knotless, doesn't pop, and won't cut your fingers when you use it. 

Soohi Hair Extensions DO NOT need to be washed in apple cider vinegar before using.  This is because Soohi does not have an alkaline base coat which is what causes itching and alergic reactions.  

No, they do not tangle! Due to their extreme functionality, Soohi Extensions are knotless, do not pop, and will not cut your fingers when you use them. Also, they are easy to brush.

Yes, we currently have 14 different colors available! Other new colors coming soon are: Blue steel, Platinum gray, Red neon, Chestnut brown, Platinum blonde, and Light blonde.

Our hair extensions are 24" inches long. More lengths are coming soon!

No, you are not able to modify an order after it has been placed. You can either place a separate order, or we can cancel your current order, so you can reorder the item(s) you want.

Go to “My Account.” Under “My Orders,” you will find the status on your order.

To be eligible for a return and full refund your items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. Your items must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Only products purchased online from Soohi may be returned for a refund. 

Please track the status of your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. We would highly recommend checking the tracking # that was sent to you by us to make sure that your package wasn't left in a different location. With that said, if your package does say "delivered", then we would advise you to email us at sales@soohiextensions.com and we will be able to do an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any results if the tracking says DELIVERED. But, we will do everything in our power to assist you to recover your package. 

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the same payment method used to purchase. Refunds will be processed no later than 5 calendar days after the product is returned and received in the assigned distribution center, fulfilling the Return Policies.

Orders submitted before 11 am EST will be processed for shipment in a maximum of 24 hours or 1 business day. Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day, maximum 48 hours or 2 business days.

If you received the wrong color, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will then give you instructions on proceeding with the incorrect items.

Please notify us at sales@soohiextensions.com of your return. The customer has 30 days to return the product back to us; otherwise, the refund will not be given and the customer must pay for the shipping back to their addresses
